Who we are

Plus Value Property (also known as PVI Group) is a trading name of PVI Property Pty Ltd (ABN 25 679 236 394) ("we", "us", "our"), a Brisbane-based property investment and development consultancy located at Shop 60/358 Mains Rd, Sunnybank QLD 4109.

We take your privacy seriously. This policy explains how we collect, hold, use and disclose personal information, consistent with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs), and applies to this website (www.pvigroup.com.au) and the services we provide through it.

Information we collect

The personal information we collect through this website depends on how you interact with us:

• Enquiries. When you use our contact or consultation form we collect your name, email address, phone number, the reason for your enquiry, and your message.
• Property enquiries. When you enquire about a specific property, we also record which property you enquired about, including the listing reference and the address of the page you enquired from, so we can respond about the right property.
• Career applications. When you apply to join our team we collect your name, email address, phone number, the position you are interested in, and your message.
• Agent and staff sign-in. Authorised agents and staff sign in to our internal tools with a Google account. On sign-in we record the account's email address, display name and profile photo.
• Technical data. We use privacy-friendly, cookie-free analytics that give us aggregate statistics about site usage (such as page views and country-level location). This analytics data does not identify you and is not combined with any information you submit. See our Cookie Policy for details.

Our website calculators and tools (stamp duty, cash flow, finance and investment calculators) run entirely in your browser — the figures you enter are never sent to us or stored by us.

Please do not include sensitive information (such as health, financial account or government identifier details) in enquiry messages — we do not ask for it through this website.

How we collect it

We collect personal information directly from you: when you submit a form on this website, email or call us, visit our office, or engage us for services. Website form submissions are transmitted and stored using Google's form infrastructure on our behalf. If you deal with us in the course of a property transaction, we may also receive information about you from other parties involved in that transaction (such as your solicitor, broker or a selling agent).

How we use your information

We collect, hold and use personal information to:

• respond to your enquiries and provide the information or appointment you requested;
• provide our property investment, sales and development consulting services;
• assess career applications and manage recruitment;
• refer you, with your agreement, to professional partners such as conveyancers, accountants or finance brokers;
• operate, secure and improve our website and internal systems; and
• meet our legal and regulatory obligations, including under real estate and anti-money laundering laws.

We only send marketing communications where you have asked for them or would reasonably expect them, and you can opt out at any time by contacting us or using the unsubscribe option in the message. When you tick the email updates box on one of our forms, we record the date and the page as evidence of your consent. Marketing emails are sent through Resend, an email delivery provider based in the United States, which receives only your name, email address and language preference.

Who we share it with

We do not sell personal information. We may share it with:

• Parties to your transaction. Developers, builders, selling agents, solicitors and other parties involved in a property transaction you ask us to progress.
• Professional partners. Our referral partners — including Linklaw (conveyancing and property law), Zero 2 One (tax structuring and advisory) and Ribbon Finance (lending and refinancing) — but only when you ask us to refer you or agree to a referral. These partners are independent businesses with their own privacy policies.
• Service providers. Technology providers that host our website, forms, storage and internal systems — principally Google (forms, spreadsheets, sign-in, cloud database), Cloudflare (website hosting, content delivery and analytics) and Resend (marketing email delivery).
• Regulators and law enforcement. Where disclosure is required or authorised by law.

Overseas disclosure

Some of our service providers, including Google, Cloudflare and Resend, store and process data on infrastructure located outside Australia, including in the United States. Where personal information is handled overseas by these providers, we rely on their contractual and security commitments and take reasonable steps to ensure it is treated consistently with the Australian Privacy Principles.

Storage and security

Personal information submitted through this website is held in access-controlled systems provided by Google and Cloudflare. Our website is served over encrypted connections (HTTPS), and access to enquiry and client information is limited to team members who need it for their role. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, interference, loss, and unauthorised access, modification or disclosure.

How long we keep it

We keep personal information only as long as it is needed for the purposes described above, or as required by law — including record-keeping periods that apply to real estate transactions and anti-money laundering compliance. When information is no longer required, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.

Access and correction

You may request access to the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct it, by contacting us using the details below. We will respond within a reasonable period (usually within 30 days). We may need to verify your identity before providing access, and in limited circumstances the law allows us to refuse a request — if so, we will tell you why in writing.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not set its own cookies, and our analytics are cookie-free. Some third-party services the site relies on (such as embedded maps and fonts) may receive technical data or use their own cookies. Our Cookie Policy explains this in full.
